"This is... this is the latest hair accessory right now!" Tang Cheng Cheng quickly churned her brain to think of a valid reason.

"Hair accessory?" Qi'er looked confused.

Fox had already spoken up, so of course Tang Cheng Cheng had to follow his directions quickly, or else she would be the one who was causing more trouble to come later on.

"Young master..." Qi'er looked aggrieved by her orders, "Since you have requested it, this, this lowly servant will take my leave."

As Qi’er slowly walked away, she turned her head back to look longingly at the young master every three steps she took. Every time she did so, she turned her wobbly doe eyes to look pitifully into the young master’s eyes. Tang Cheng Cheng could feel her heart twisting in fatigue…

"Get up and practice walking."

As soon as Qi'er left, Fox immediately knocked his closed fist on the table and directed her.

"Do we really still need to practice?" Tang Cheng Cheng stood up reluctantly.

"You better walk now!"

Fox raised his feet up and kicked her directly on her rump.

Under the strict orders of Fox, Tang Cheng Cheng had to walk repeatedly from the left side of the hall to the right, and repeat the motion over and over again.

After walking for a long while without any satisfactory results, Tang Cheng Cheng had almost exhausted all the energy in her body. The moment she stepped into her room, she immediately sprawled her limp body in a starfish stance[1] on the large bed.

"This bed is so comfortable..."

She mumbled into the soft mattress, then rubbed her face on the quilt a few times before curling her feet up to her chest, tucking herself into the warm quilt and was more than ready to fall into her deep slumber.

They had spent the last few days resting in the middle of the wilderness, sleeping either on the cold ground or high above the hard branches of ancient trees. All the nights during their trip out were very cold. Although Fox had told her to sleep with Lynx curling around her later on, her luxurious fur was still not as soft as a comfortable warm bed.

Fox was also tired by now but he still mercilessly kicked Tang Cheng Cheng to the side of the bed, and snuggled under the covers to sleep.

"Master..." Tang Cheng Cheng ambled over to Fox.

"What are you doing?"

"Let's exchange our souls back, so that no one will think that something is wrong with me."

"Are you now yearning for it already?" Fox squinted at her suspiciously.

The moment she brought up the suggestion, her body immediately became agitated by the thought.
