Li Yue raised her so innocently, so she naturally didn’t know that the numerous events that happened so far had already changed her whole life ahead.

Li Yue walked till he reached the side of the tub, asking her again once more.

Li Zhen Zhen raised her head to look at him, her face was full of adoration. This made Li Yue extremely happy so he chuckled out. Li Zhen Zhen blissfully reached out her arm to hook onto Li Yue’s waist, then rested her cheek there.

Li Yue was still wearing his court robes. He immediately came to see her before he had time to change out of it.

Li Yue held a small box that was adorned with gold and jade in his hands. He was opening the box with one hand when Zhen Zhen curiously asked:

Li Yue took out a green jade bangle, then chucked the box casually to one side. He held Zhen Zhen’s hand that was around his waist and slipped the bangle past her wrist and onto her arm.

It was time for Liu Xu to stand up and leave.
