Although he has lost his powers and he was now trapped inside a woman’s body, his animal instincts were rearing its head up, sensing something dangerous approaching them.
He jumped aside to avoid it and flew then rolled towards one side. His feet coincidentally stepped on something hard.
Crack.
“AH!” Tang Cheng Cheng shouted at him.
“Did you actually step on my wooden bracelet?”
Damn it, some kind of unknown danger was approaching and she is still only concerned about her wooden bracelet?
It was obvious that this attack came from the Li family and it was going to rush towards Li Hai Jiao now. That slow and stupid woman was still thinking of something insignificant!
The grass blades bristled as the wind blew, he could clearly see the abnormal patterns it was making and he followed the pattern with his eyes. It was clear now that it was rushing towards Li Hai Jiao’s body which Tang Cheng Cheng was now occupying.

Suddenly a human shape black mist appeared in his line of vision. He couldn’t distinguish whether it was a ghost or a demon. It lifted up its hand and rushed towards him.
He immediately pushed Tang Cheng Cheng’s body so that she could be out of harm’s way.
In that moment, it was as if the sky and ground has shifted again and his soul went back to Tang Cheng Cheng’s body and he couldn’t see the black object now.

Tang Cheng Cheng’s face suddenly blanched as her head jerked towards the back. Her trembling mouth was opened in a silent scream and now he could no longer see the black mist too.

Fox then touched her neck and he could feel a cold energy swirling within.
He tried to pull her to the side, but then it didn’t matter how hard he did it, Tang Cheng Cheng still didn’t move an inch from the original position and her eyes were starting to roll up. She would definitely die at this rate.
It was useless fighting against any evil demonic spirits with this normal human body.

He tiptoed and tugged Tang Cheng Cheng down towards him by grasping the materials of her the cloth on her chest and landed his lips on hers. Astonishment spread in the black mist's face. Fox took the opportunity to open up his five fingers and hold it up facing the black mist then he started to chant:
“Eliminate, banish, destroy this evil being! Shatter it now!”
A portion of its head vanished at the spell.
The black mist finally felt that something wasn’t quite right, so its body dissolved into smoke as it flew quickly to hide in between the darkness of the forest.
The moment the black mist vanished, their souls changed back again.
Why did their souls change when they kissed?
Although the exchange was really short, he could feel that his powers were only about 10% of its usual capacity. At least they didn’t get beaten up this time around.
“What happened just now...”
The moment their souls changed back again, she could feel her throat aching. Tang Cheng Cheng lifted her head up as she coughed until tears start to well up in her eyes. She then saw Fox suddenly leaning close to her then he kissed her lips.
Her head immediately felt dizzy while her face flushed as she shouted.
“How can you try to kiss me?!”
She then paused as she noticed there was something different about her.
Why did her voice become so feminine?
Did she actually change back to her own body?
Her hands then reached out to touch her chest——
Ooo oo oo... Welcome back my little soup dumplings! I have missed you so ah ah ah AHH?
But that surprise only lasted for a while, now her palm rested on a board like flat chest.
She became Li Hai Jiao again.
“What just happened?” She was puzzled as she looked at Fox.
“Ah... so this is what it is!”
He laughed coldly as he thought about what had just happened. He then looked up at the sky and started cackling like a witch.
“Hahahaha... turns out that the heavens always leave you a path to survive! HAHAHAHAHA....”
Why is he laughing until she could feel a shiver go through her body, while her spine shrunk and the hair on her back rose?
“Oi!” She slapped at his upper arm.
“Can you tell me what is happening?!”

He had also kissed her a lot of times. If anyone actually saw them do that, then she would not be able to marry anymore...
“Silly girl.”
He grabbed her wide shoulders while a glint of light appeared on his animated eyes that Tang Cheng Cheng couldn’t help but shudder in unease.
“Let’s go back to our room.”
“What for?”
Her head was still submerged in confusion and he said he wants to go back to their room?
Is he actually going to give her an explanation?
“To get intimate.”
